If you are following my Facebook and Instagram pages, you might have noticed a FRESH profile picture and cover! Also, the website link is now “aarontechtips.com”, rather than a wordpress site.

Why the big changes? Well, two reasons:

  • To Celebrate my 5th anniversary in working on this page! 🎉 It’s been a long time and since then, my website has been visited by more than 20,000 visitors! As a gift to all my readers, I decided to upgrade my website so that it not only provides an ad-free experience, but also feature an easier to remember URL. At the same time, optimizations have been made so that my page displays better (and uses less data) when you surf my site on your smartphone. I hope you enjoy the fresh experience!
  • Because some scalpers took my dream domain name: If you intend to ever create your own website in future, I recommend heeding the advice in my article here. In summary, the “techwithaaron.com” domain was bought by someone else for scalping purposes, and I’m obviously not going to pay so much for a non-profit initiative. Also, because someone else owns the “techwithaaron” instagram handle, I decided to streamline the experience for everyone by rebranding my page to “Aaron Tech Tips”.

Too bad scalper, I’m too flexible for ya! Enjoy your now useless purchase😜
